    Just cuz the bank holds the mortgage why the hell is it the banks responsibility to do the repairs?? I simply don’t get it. If the landlords don’t take care of their property and provide service call 311 and stop paying rent so they’ll have to take you to landlord tenant court and you’ll make your case. (but don’t spend the rent money just in case the judge orders you to pay up)
