Why You Will Love It …
Our Pact of the Week is really a breath of fresh air. Spacious and bright with beautiful hardwood floors, the apartment has a clean design through and through. Multiple arches add charm and offer seamless transitions between rooms.
In the kitchen there is a windowed dining room. But the large living room has enough space to rest and eat, which would free up that sunny corner. home office! The kitchen also provides many spectacles and cabinets and stainless appliances, including a dishwasher.
The kitchen is not the only room with large storage here. The lobby entrance has an excellent closet, and there is another just outside the bathroom. And of course there is also a closet in the bedroom which is very large with two large windows.
Finally, let’s talk a place. This Prospect Lefferts Gardens 1BR is very convenient to Prospect Park and the lake. It is also only a short distance to the zoo and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. The cooperative building is also excellent, with an elevator, laundry and bicycle storage.
… And Why You Can’t
Unfortunately this place does not favor pets, which is disappointing because it is so close to the park. It is too first floor unit, so street noise (and privacy) could be an issue. But a great space with a great price, with Prospect Park right on the street, certainly overcomes tiny inconveniences.
